Eating Healthy help's Our Wellbeing


Whilst we all adjust to the changes in weather, and Autumn in the UK quickly comes upon us we need to be mindful in daylight reducing and the temperature getting colder, one way to lighten up our day is to prepare ourselves something colourful, healthy and tasty to eat, whole foods such as Chickpeas, Olives and other Vegetables with tasty oils and breads is a great way to be good to ourselves, followed with a nice walk in the brisk air to fill our lungs with fresh air and our minds with thoughtful optimism for the future - remember to wrap up well....
